If you are flying in the Hunter Valley you may be flying over wine country, the hills, rivers, forests, or the farmland of the Hunter. The views are simply breathtaking no matter which area you choose to fly with us.
First, you'll join the pilot.
You can choose to help inflate the balloon or sit back and watch as the balloon begins to rise.
Once aloft, you will see how vast each area is. After an hour floating in the air, you'll land to enjoy a traditional toast of fruit juice to celebrate the occasion plus a gourmet breakfast at Peterson House Winery.
Ballooning is an incredible experience that you'll want to tell all your friends about.
Allow 3 to 4 hours for the total experience. Includes approximately 1 hour in the air.
Available all year round on weekends and weekdays. Flight briefing takes place approximately 1 hour before dawn, then lift off with the sunrise.
Valid for children 7 to 12 years. Expect to share your balloon flight with between 4 and 16 people.
You should advise the operator of any back, hip or knee problems before taking your flight.
Ballooning is suitable for ages 7 years and over, weighing less than 50kg. A paying adult must accompany all children. An adult ballooning experience is available for over 12-year-olds.
