5 Year Voucher Validity
Book within 12 months. After 12 months, if the voucher is unused we convert its value to Credit so you can exchange Thrill Credit for an experience within the remaining 4 years.
28 Day Refund
For unused, unredeemed vouchers, we offer refunds within 28 days of the date the purchase was made. For full details on refunds, view our terms and conditions.
No Fee Surprises
We loathe them, and we know you do too. It's those fee surprises you get at the end of the checkout. A $2 credit card fee or a $5 booking fee. So, because we loathe them, you get none of them with us.
