For nerves and stomachs that can cope with the extreme excitement, this YAK 52 aerobatic adventure is sure to topple your gyros.

After a briefing from your experienced pilot, board the YAK 52.  Straps on tight.  Final checks and clearance from air traffic control, your pilot throttles up for taking off.

Rising to a safe dizzy height, your pilot performs several head-spinning moves and sequences designed to thrill even the most die-hard of fliers.

Starting gently, each aerobatic manoeuvre steadily increases your resistance.  It's all preparation because, before long, you move on to the most hair-raising of manoeuvres.

Could it be "wet your pants" time? Don't worry; you are in constant contact with your pilot.  If it gets too much, you can lower the pace. After all, these YAKs were built to withstand high Gs and speed.  They can push the limits of even the thirstiest of adrenaline junkies.  Enjoy the thrill.

In some conditions your flight may need to be rescheduled or certain movements may be avoided. The operator will call you if your flight needs to be postponed due to poor weather.

You spend approximately 35 minutes in the aircraft from engine start to engine stop.

The experience is available all year round. We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance.

Valid for one person.  Only you and your qualified pilot will be in the aircraft during your flight.

Spectators are welcome to see you off and wave you in on your return. You will need to sign for a visitors pass at the operators facilities.

Max height is 6 foot 3 inches and weight 110kg. If you fit into a standard car seat you should be comfortable in the cockpit. Unsuitable for pregnant women. The aircraft is capable of abrupt movement. We recommend you obtain medical advice if you have a prevailing medical condition.
