Booking Changed by You

If at any time you need to change the details of your booking, then you should contact the experience provider as soon as possible using the details that have been emailed to you.

You can also find the provider's details in 'My Account' when viewing the details of your booking.

If you need to agree a different date to take your experience, the provider may charge administration fees. Often these fees can be avoided by providing plenty of notice, typically 4 weeks.


Booking Changed by Experience Provider

Occasionally, bookings are changed by the experience provider due to poor weather, safety and for circumstances beyond their control.

In such cases, you should arrange an alternative date with the experience provider directly.

You can contact the experience provider using the details contained on your original booking confirmation.
