Vouchers can be exchanged for credit, providing the voucher is still valid, was not purchased using credit and has not been redeemed.
Vouchers can be exchanged free of charge for credit of the same value and with the same expiry date as the voucher being exchanged.
Credit can be used for full or partial payment of an experience. Credit cannot be used for the purchase of gift packs, postage and shipping.
To exchange a voucher, follow the steps below:
- Click 'My Account' at the top of the page
- Select 'Exchange Voucher'
- Enter your voucher details and follow the prompts
- The value of your voucher is displayed and you can transfer it's value to credit.
- You can view the credit in the 'My Thrill Credit' option within 'My Account'
When you next complete a purchase using your account details, any unexpired credit is automatically applied to reduce the balance
