Embark on an exciting abseiling adventure at Narrow Neck Plateau, a ribbon-like ridge of towering sandstone that separates two magnificent valleys. This is the perfect spot for your first abseiling experience, with magical views and a range of cliffs.
Get ready for a thrill as you bounce down cliffs with the valley hundreds of meters below you, wearing your harness and helmet.
Start the day with gentler 5m cliffs as you acclimate to the heights and improve your technique with expert guidance from our guides. Once you're comfortable, challenge yourself with 15m and 30m abseils.
The short walk from the bottom of each abseil back to the top allows you to repeat the smaller cliffs until you're ready for the bigger ones.
In the afternoon, head to the Empress Canyon for your first canyoning experience, including a heart-pumping 30m abseil down a stunning waterfall.
This 6-7 hour adventure includes lunch, a qualified canyoning guide, all necessary equipment, including wetsuits, and safety instructions, making it an excellent option for those who have never abseiled.
