The Albatross L39 jet fighter plane brings a whole new meaning to the word awesome. It has an amazing 3800lbs of thrust pushes you skyward at phenomenal speed, exerting high positive Gs that most can only dream to experience in a lifetime.

Upon arrival at the airport, receive a full pre-flight briefing, an introduction to the L39 Albatross aircraft, and an overview of the types of aerobatic manoeuvres you will encounter. The aerobatics are tailored to your ability and comfort. You can choose from mild to wild loops, barrel rolls, aileron rolls, Split S, Cubin 8 and Half Cubin 8. You'll get to experience high positive and negative G forces with near weightlessness.

Jump aboard the Albatross, it's time to fly. As the jets spin up, your pilot awaits clearance for take-off. Then 3800lb of thrust will push you to a safe aerobatic height off the ground.

You'll experience a series of aerobatic manoeuvres with an initial warm-up stage to help you adjust to the G-forces. Nothing can describe the sensations, the sound, the smell and the pure adrenaline rush you'll experience.

Finally, you return to the airport, where you began. After the knees and legs have stopped trembling, there's plenty of time for photos alongside the plane. This is the ultimate jet fighter experience.

This experience is affected by the weather. In the case of poor conditions, we will reschedule your experience for a later date.

Allow 1 hour for the experience with20 minutes spent in the air.

Available throughout the year, operating Monday to Saturday.

Valid for one person.

Any changes made to bookings must be done at least 48 hours before the flight. We recommend you do not drink alcohol or orange juice on the day prior to your flight.

You must be 13 years old and over, weigh no more than 130kg and be under 200cm tall. A parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form for children under the age of 18 prior to the flight.

CASA Regulation for booking adventure flights

Military aircraft are built and tested to different standards than that put forward by CASA or any equivalent international civil aviation governing body. As such, in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Parts 132.140, 132.150 and 132.155;

The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognised by CASA; and
CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft used for regular public transport or charter operations; and
The passenger agrees to participate in this flight at his or her own risk; and
If it is reasonable to believe that a passenger cannot understand the safety briefing; said passenger must be accompanied on the flight by a parent, guardian, or carer; and
A detailed briefing will be provided to the passenger before they board the aircraft. This will include signing a liability waiver and acknowledgment of the briefing. If the passenger is under 18 years of age the waiver and acknowledgment must be signed by a parent, or legal guardian.
