Settle in for a relaxed tutored wine tasting at the Watervale Hotel in the Clare Valley. Sample four wines chosen from the by-the-glass list, each picked to highlight the region's wide range of styles. Along the way, staff will share insights into the Clare Valley's climate, geology, andgeography, as well as the characters behind the wines, with a true local flavour and a little wine wisdom on the side.
The tasting is paired with a selection of shared snack plates from the hotel kitchen, making it an easy-going and sociable way to spend the afternoon or evening. The Watervale Hotel champions farm-fresh, house-made food made with organic, biodynamic, and sustainably sourced local produce, all served in a casual country pub atmosphere.
