Step behind the stills at Earp Distilling Co for Spirit School, a hands-on distilling experience that puts you in the distiller’s seat. Choose your path with Gin School or Rum Lab and learn how flavour, botanicals, spices and blending come together to create a signature spirit.
In Gin School, explore a curated library of botanicals and craft your own gin with expert guidance. In Rum Lab, dive into fermentation, blending and spicing, then help contribute to the distillery’s Solera system and live-aging process.
Across the three-hour session, you’ll work in pairs at each mini still, make guided flavour decisions, and fill your own 500ml ceramic bottle to take home. You can name and label your creation, which makes the whole thing feel delightfully official.
Food and drinks are available to purchase during the session, and you can even start with an optional arrival drink. This is a creative, flavour-packed experience for curious adults who like their learning with a splash of character.
