Our expert chefs will guide you on how to prepare, marinate, cook, and serve delicious seafood dishes using confidence-boosting recipes and techniques.
You'll discover how to use your grill and flat plate, and even turn your BBQ into an oven for a delectable whole fish experience. The menu for the day includes some amazing dishes such as BBQ King Prawns with The Spice Tailor Tandoori and seasoned Banana Sambal, BBQ Spice Crusted Squid with Citrus and Fennel Salad, BBQ Hot Smoked Salmon with Honey Dijon Potatoes, and BBQ Whole Snapper with Soy, Ginger, and Crunchy Thai salad.

Classes run for about 3 hours commencing at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
