You're takenthrough making fresh pasta from scratch and turning it into a delightful tagliatelle. You serve it up with delicate spinach pesto, ravioli with ricotta and mint leaves. Plus a unique recipe for tomato sauce, a seasonal risotto, a classic meat dish and dessert.
You prepare everything from scratch - from the dough to the final result.
Along the way, learn all the secrets of traditional Italian cooking. Then relax around the dining table, enjoy fine wine and of course, taste what one could only describe as an Italian feast!

The experience lasts approximately 4 hours
This experience has various Italian cooking themes scheduled throughout the year. Evening classes are typically run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings 6pm to 10pm.
Valid for one person. Classes are small and intimate - numbers are limited to 20 people
In the unlikely event that a class does not reach minimum numbers or due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, classes may be rearranged.
This experience is suitable for anyone, but children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
