These small-group lessons at Byron Bay are perfect for beginners. In classes of no more than 7 students, you will learn how to surf in various beach conditions and waves.
Our instructors kit you out with a suit and a board and guide you through the basics of surfing. First, learn about safety on the beach and waters and how to observe weather and tide conditions. Learn how the tide behaves at different times of the day and how to select suitable conditions for surfing. Your instructors also teach you surf awareness, how to control your board inside and outside the water, and how to paddle out to catch a wave.
With the expert guidance of our instructors, youll find yourself standing up and riding a wave in no time.
