This hands-on BBQ smoking class will teach you the essential techniques behind charcoal cooking, brining, marinating, meat rubs and wood smoking. You’ll learn how to prepare and cook a range of meat cuts while developing the skills to create impressive smoked BBQ dishes at home.
Your experience begins with a warm welcome from your chefs, a frosty beer and a snack before you get hands-on with the cooking. Learn professional tips and techniques before creating a delicious four-course BBQ feast featuring smoked beef short ribs, reverse-seared steak, pulled chicken tacos and smoked potatoes.
By the end of the class, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to master low and slow BBQ and recreate restaurant-quality smoked meats at home.

This experience is not affected by the weather.
Classes run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.
Please notify BBQ School at info@bbqschool.com.au 72 hours before your class for dietary requirements. A $12 fee per substitute ingredient applies for significant requirements. Alternatives are subject to availability.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
