About a half-hour before the first light, join your pilot at the hotel's foyer, ready to embark out to the balloon launch site.
Help inflate the balloon or stand back and watch as the balloon takes shape, rising into the air. It's an amazing and spectacular process that's got to be captured with a selfie or two.
As you board the basket, the balloon is readied for flight. The final checks made.
Gently the balloon rises into the air. The journey you take is almost entirely down to the wind and the skill of your pilot. Gently drifting, you can enjoy the city as it wakes from a night's slumber.
Hot air ballooning over Melbourne is a special experience, especially at this wondrous time of day, and we'll soak it up.
After the flight, you can help pack up the balloon before heading back for breakfast at the hotel.
Allow one hour for the ballooning ride and 4 hours in total.

The burners can sometimes drip water mixed with carbon. The operator is not responsible for clothing that is stained or damaged as a part of the adventure activity.
