Fly in a hot air balloon over a real national treasure. Depending on wind direction, we always plan our take-off location for the morning of your flight. We have multiple launch sites across the area. Why? To expressly give you the best views of Port Phillip Bay, the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong and the surrounding countryside.
Port Phillip Bay, the city itself, the ocean to the South, the Barrabool Hills and the meandering Barwon River... you'll watch ever-changing coastal and historical landscapes from above.
Flights depart at sunrise, so we will meet early at the Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong, when it is still dark. Park your vehicle and hop into ours for a ride to our selected take-off site. Soon, you'll have the ground gently gliding past you, and the rising sun will colour everything in warmth. Then, you'll drift along gently suspended under the powerful burners of a modern hot air balloon.
After approximately an hour in the air, we will land in a safe location, pack up the balloon, and drive you back to our original meeting point for abuffet breakfast. The memories are yours to keep forever.
Allow 3 to 4 hours with approximately 1 hour spent in the air.

We might land in farm paddocks and we can get a little dirty on packing the balloon away.
Valid for children aged 6 to 12. A parent or guardian must join you on your flight at additional cost. You will be asked about your weight when booking.
