Know your tamper from your grinder?

Set in a purpose-built training room, we'll have you producing the perfect coffee in 3 hours of intensive instruction. Theory and hands-on using the most up to date equipment, you'll learn all there is to know in the world of the barista.

And it's all led by some of Australia's leading coffee professionals and trainers. So proper is the training that you'll get an RTO Statement of Attainment competency with some special numbers like SITHFAB005 and SITXFSA001.

For both home users and commercials baristas alike, this course focuses on hands-on experience with unlimited milk and coffee available.

You get your part of the espresso machine to work on and a grinder. Learn all about espresso using the national framework while retaining the Italian espresso roots.

Need to Know

This experience is conducted indoors and is not weather dependant.

The experience is for 3 hours

The experience is available all year round, however you should allow between 3 and 4 weeks notice for a booking as places can quickly fill up.

This experience is valid for one person

You can drink as much coffee as you like on the day

We have had people as young as 9 attend our courses and as old as 85
