If you're a meat lover and fancy cooking steaks and roasts on the BBQ, or if your meat tends to look more charred than char-grilled, then the BBQ Meat Class is just the class for you. Learn to cook your essential meats to perfection on the BBQ.
Upon arrival at your cooking class, you receive a cold beer or soft drink and an apron. Your chefs welcome you, outline the expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day, and introduce the menu.
After an initial demonstration, your group starts creating the first course, with all participants involved in the production and barbecuing process. Once completed, sit and eat your first creations. Next, embark on creating salads and sides for your meats. It's time to carve and serve the meats and sit and enjoy. Premium craft beer or wine to go with the meal is available on the day.
On the menu is BBQ The Spice Tailor Tandoori Chicken with Kachumber wrapped in Paratha BBQ Bass Strait Beef Sirloin with Field Mushrooms and Porcini Butter BBQ Greek Style Lamb with Fat Roasted Potato and Kale Salad.
Classes run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 11:00am or 3:00pm
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
