Preparing the Christmas catering can be a busy task with many elements to manage. We have put together the ultimate BBQ Christmas feast for you to learn and enjoy and hopefully replicate at your place on the big day.
We will focus on how to prepare and cook the BBQ dinner party menu, showcasing dishes like the Perfect Christmas Ham, how to roast a mouth-watering Turkey with trimmings, and achieving amazing seafood appetisers, salads, plus the all-important Fig and Brandy Christmas Pudding - all done on the BBQ!
This class is all about raising the bar with your hosting abilities so that you will be bathed in glory this Christmas Day!
Classes run for 3 hours commencing at 11:00am or 3:00pm.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
