With a cold beer to welcome you to the class, learn this timeless cuisine from those who master the art of South American flavours. Discover the importance of rubs and marinades when preparing your meat, the cuts that suit different cooking techniques, and the perfect accompaniments to lift your dish even further.
Create succulent dishes, including Peruvian Potato Salad with Huancaina, Brazilian Farofa and Vinaigrette, Chilean Grilled Fish Wrapped in Banana Leaf with Chili and Lime, plus many more. Classes run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 11:00am or 3:00pm.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
