It all starts with an intense lesson on how to safely exit the plane and land. Then board the plane and leave the sprawl behind. With the nerves building, it's hard to take in the beautiful vistas of the world down below. But then, there's lots of time to do that when the parachute opens.
In preparation for the big jump, you are securely harnessed to an experienced tandem master. Then, the final checks are made.
Jumping is the hardest part. It's unnatural to exit a plane at 14,000 feet, but with the help of your tandem master, the jump is made far more straightforward than you may think. And when you do, you can scream as much as you want - 60 seconds of pure thrill at speeds over 200kph. The nerves quickly dissipate.
Then at 5000 ft, your Tandem Master opens the chute, and you gently drift peacefully back to the ground with panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast and beyond. You soon have your feet firmly back on land - the feeling of achievement. Words can't simply express it.

The minimum age to skydive in Australia is 16 years old. All minors under 18 years of age need their parent or guardians written permission to skydive.
