We had a fantastic time at the Junior Treetops Ropes Course in Coffs Harbour, the kids absolutely loved it and the staff were friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

The Junior Treetops Ropes Course at Coffs Harbour was extremely enjoyable with plenty of engaging obstacles for my children, they had a blast like never before!

Instructors did not do the obstacles with the children first time around. They gave a quick demonstration of how to use the clip and cable then off they went to fend for themselves. Perfectly ok for older children such as my 6 and 7 year old however, my 4 year old was absolutely not ok. Instructors even had words between each other as to who would go and get her as this was not the first time she became stuck when she was screaming for what I believe to be an unacceptable time but to prolong her being scared while they decided who went to help was disturbing actions from the instructor's. She was scared of the height and froze. The instructors were focusing more on their phones than the children.I myself and other parents had to go and get the instructors a number of times to help the children who were up in the trees.
