Set off from Townsville for a full-day snorkelling trip to the Great Barrier Reef, with Magnetic Island pickups available.
After check-in and a safety briefing, the crew takes you offshore to reef sites chosen for the best conditions on the day. Spend around three to four hours exploring colourful coral gardens, bommies, lagoons and reef walls, with a chance to spot turtles, rays, reef fish and seabirds.
Between snorkelling sessions, relax on board, enjoy lunch and light afternoon tea, and take in the open-ocean scenery. The reef is wonderfully wild, so each day can bring different visibility, currents and marine life. That unpredictability is all part of the magic.
