Highlight the text that must be changed as well as the pop-up saying that something in your gift message doesn't comply. It took us far too long trying to get to the payment. We took out 'xxx' or the hyphen in my name, '!' and put them back in etc., because we didn't notice that '&' is not 'normal' punctuation. Irritating and we almost abandoned the purchase.
