On arrival at the venue, join us for a session where you learn all the basic principles of rally driving from a pro.
It's nothing like driving a V8 or road car, from acceleration to braking and cornering. And behind the wheel, you can experience it first-hand. With your race suit and helmet on, it's time to put some track time in.
Strapped into the powerful Mitsubishi rally car, your instructor guides you onto the rally stage. First, he talks you through the first lap, explaining each corner and what lines to take on each part of the circuit. Then it's off - full-on rally attack.
Complete 16 laps, eight laps at a time, listening hard to your instructor each time to gain optimum speed and full sideways action.
Your heart rate will be pounding as you experience first-hand what it takes to drive a fully worked championship-winning rally car. Then, jump in the passenger seat and experience serious sideways action during a hot lap with a professional rally driver at the wheel.
Allow up to 2 hours for your experience. Although you will be one on one in the car with your driver, you will be sharing the cars with other participants on the day.
The Rally experience is available each month on selected weekend dates, subject to weather. We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Valid for one person. Your briefing is shared with others.
Family and friends are welcome to join you as spectators on the day. Be sure to bring a camera as there are plenty of photo opportunities.
You must be at least 18 years old. You need a minimum of a P Plate license and have experience driving a manual transmission. Maximum weight, 125kg. Maximum height 195cm.
