Woodlands Historical Park covers 820 hectares of grassland and bushland. Get unbelievably close to the great Australian outdoors, its wildlife and its habitats. This spectacular location doesn't just look amazing. It's a big part of local history, nature and culture.
Imagine yourselves as European settlers in the 1840s. Much of the landscape and wildlife remain in their original condition. Still standing in the park's 150-year-old homestead and its Indigenous flora and fauna. Observe the local area of wildlife with your family. Allow 2.5 hours for the full experience with a 1-hour horse ride.You need to be at the venue 30 minutes before your scheduled ride.We use this time to fit you with a helmet, assess your competency to ride and discuss what to expect.
