Start your class with a talk from devoted chocolatier and host for the day.  It covers the entire process of making chocolate so that you know what to expect every step of the way.

Your chocolatier talks about the initial processing steps of turning cocoa beans into a block of chocolate. Then the real fun begins; you begin to temper the chocolate and turn it into your own chocolate delights.

Tempering is the key to the chocolate making process; it affects the sheen and crispness and ultimately the quality of the chocolate. You'll learn the various tempering forms using only the highest quality Belgian chocolate.

You'll make yummy filling, choose your own flavouring and pour the chocolate into professional moulds. On the decorating side, bring out your own creativity to adorn your very own chocolates.

This is a fun and relaxed 4 hour class that's both informative and educational. The hardest part is the resulting chocolates which may be far too tempting to make it all the way home.

This experience takes place indoors and is not affected by the weather.

The chocolate making class runs for 4 hours.

This workshop takes place on selected days. 6 to 10pm on weekdays (Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays) and 2 to 6pm Saturdays. Bookings are essential.

Please inform as at time of booking if there any dietary requirements to be taken into consideration, ie dairy, nuts, alcohol, etc. 

The chocolate making workshop is suited to people over 14 years old. Children over 12 are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
