Want to learn how to eat healthily and sexy? Healthy food does not have to be dull, boring or expensive! You have to plan your meals, know what to put on your shopping list, and know how to use fresh ingredients to add flavour and excitement.
In this class, you will also learn how to handle a knife and fundamental chef-y tricks to make you confident in the kitchen.You'll create5-dishes healthy dishes from seeded homemade spelt wraps, fennel, apple, broccoli and homemade tea-smoked chicken salad.to porcini and black salt rump with saffron and verjuice drizzle.
Learn how to creatively plate your meals to look like they have come out of a wonderful restaurant.Discover how to plan, shop and create with versatile and adaptable recipes and ideas you will use for years.
Classes are small and you will have a chef at your fingertips to teach you all you have ever wanted to know.

The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the operators discretion. You work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.
