In your specially upgraded Lotus Exige, feel the G-forces as you take advantage of its cornering power at the Baskerville Raceway in Hobart. Your instructor is a professional racing car driver who will show you how to take advantage of your car and how to manage the unique characteristics of the track.
Your day starts with a safety briefing and a theory lesson on driving the Exige on the race track. After that, put on your helmet and pose for the camera! When you’re ready, get in the car with your coach, and you’re off.
Learn to handle the Exige as you negotiate the apexes, practise your optimal braking points, and rocket down the straights. Familiarise yourself with the circuit and your car. Your instructors work with you through the day to guide you on the fastest line and improve your lap times.

Allow a total of 2 to 3 hours at the track, which includes time for briefing, and the drive itself.
This experience is available on a limited number of dates at Baskerville throughout the year.
Valid for one person. Each session is conducted in small groups.
A provisional or full license is required. You are required to complete an indemnity form prior to participating in the experience. An in-car USB video is taken of your drive which you can purchase on the day.
The maximum height is 192 cm and maximum weight 125 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart conditions! You must be drug and alcohol free.
