Designed for the everyday man, you get to learn the magic of creating and crafting your own perfectly brewed and uniquely flavoured beer from scratch. And there’s a 3 course, finger licking BBQ feast to cook up too.
You are offered four class types. Spring, summer, autumn and winter. Based on the selection, you brew, taste beer, cook with beer and align the flavours of the beer to create a menu that highlights the flavours.
Initially you focus on the process of brewing and making. You go through the art and steps required to achieve that perfectly brewed beer.
There's a batch of the brew already completed so you can sample the created beer whilst enjoying the session. Afterwards you prepare and cook the BBQ dishes that are inspired by the beer and its flavours.
This is an informative and hands on cooking class. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to create perfectly matched flavours. You’ll become a beer brewing master and the ultimate beer and food matching expert. Every party needs an expert.
Classes run for approximately 3 hours.
Classes run throughout the year. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
Valid for one person. There are 8 to 14 people in each class.
The classes are both demonstration and hands on. The menu is subject to seasonal change.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
