The Beer and BBQ cooking class aims to give you the techniques, know-how and original recipes to amaze your friends and astound your family when you next fire up the barbee.
Upon arrival relax and share your thoughts with the chefs on what you would like to achieve from the BBQ class. Often the chefs will have answers or can incorporate your thoughts and ideas into the demonstrations.
The chefs cover the important areas of temperatures and resting meats. They then move onto the BBQ demonstrations where you play an active part in the preparation, cooking and serving of the dishes.
Throughout the cooking class, you get to enjoy the food and match each course with a James Squire Beer. At the end, you'll be ready to return home to cook up BBQ meals that are sure to impress your friends.
Classes run for approximately two and a half hours commencing at 11:30am.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays,. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
Valid for one person. There are 14 people in each BBQ class and two experienced chefs.
The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
