It takes nerves of steel to go for this aerobatics experience – but it’s tremendously awesome fun and will live long in your memory for years to come.
And it’s all done in splendid 1930s style. Upon arrival you'll be met by one of the crew. You are suited up in your flight kit which includes the full regalia - a flight suit, flight cap, goggles and safety gear. Once your pilot is satisfied that everything is in order, you'll be securely harnessed in and briefed before the radial engine is fired up.
Then it’s hang on to your tummies for the ride of a lifetime over the beaches of Wollongong! Oooer!
Allow 1 hour. The flight itself is approximately 20 minutes in duration.
Available throughout the year, operating 7 days a week. Any changes made to bookings must be done at least 48 hours before the flight.

You must be 13 years old and over, weigh no more than 130kg and be under 200cm tall. A parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form for children under the age of 18 prior to the flight.
Military aircraft are built and tested to different standards than that put forward by CASA or any equivalent international civil aviation governing body. As such, in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Parts 132.140, 132.150 and 132.155;
- The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognised by CASA; and
- CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft used for regular public transport or charter operations; and
- The passenger agrees to participate in this flight at his or her own risk; and
- If it is reasonable to believe that a passenger cannot understand the safety briefing; said passenger must be accompanied on the flight by a parent, guardian, or carer; and
- A detailed briefing will be provided to the passenger before they board the aircraft. This will include signing a liability waiver and acknowledgment of the briefing. If the passenger is under 18 years of age the waiver and acknowledgment must be signed by a parent, or legal guardian.
A real rollercoaster in the sky. I had so much fun but boy was I feeling it at times. Great experience.
