Tours operate in rain, fog and low-visibility conditions, which may affect visibility or itinerary stops. No refunds are provided for weather-related disruptions. Routes and stops may change due to weather, park closures or road conditions.

Operates daily. Departs 10:00am in winter (April–October) and 12:00pm in summer (October–April), with times adjusted for daylight saving. Returns approximately 8:30pm in winter or 10:30pm in summer.
Minimum 1 passenger. Children aged 6–17 must travel with an adult or legal guardian; not suitable for children aged 5 and under.
