As a starter, learn about Gin’s exciting, colourful past and the science and process of fermentation and distillation. After that, meet Dudley, a 500-litre Australian-made Copper Still that makes all the favourite Gin recipes.
You have full access to our botanical wall, a purpose-designed layout where you can select botanicals based on the flavour profile you want in your final Gin. Using natural botanicals placed in your Still, soon, you’ll be creating a spirit. It doesn’t get better than that!
Whilst waiting for the magic to happen, take a tour of the distillery followed by a tasting session of the Puss and Mew range of Gins. This is accompanied by a lunch spread, including a range of hot sharing plates and meat and cheese platters.
