Wow Had I have known what I was in for Im not sure I would have had the nerve to participate but so glad I didWith the mantra 1, 2, 3 go I switched off my worrying brain & plunged myself into confined spaces, immersed in pitch darkness, climbing walls I didnt know I was capable of climbing & from being hesitant to get my shoes wet to bear crawling through a stream, fully drenching myself. The result left me feeling so proud of myself & Im still on a high from it 3 days later.Our tour guide, Kathryn, was highly professional, fun & full of interesting information & adventurer anecdotes which really added to the experience. Thank you very much Highly recommended
