I was very dissapointed as how the horses were not groomed, the leather on the horses was very unkept and not presented and the horse equipment.was very old.The lady who was the driver of the horses had a lovely personality but again her clothing was dirty and not presented well.There should be a better step to get on the carriage for older and short people.The experience was good but felt let down with the look of the horses and the carriage driver.For the money spent Im sure they could spend a bit on the horses grooming and equipment and a tidier carriage driver.Thank you
