Start your hot air ballooning adventure at the Canberra Hyatt Hotel just before sunrise when the air is stable, and the winds are calm - perfect for a tranquil flight.
You depart the hotel by bus and travel to the designated launch site, ready to inflate the balloon. You can help the crew inflate the balloon at the site or stand back and watch it as it inflates and takes shape. It's a beautiful scene and a perfect time to catch some photos.
After 30 minutes of preparation and careful inspection, you board the balloon basket. Finally, it's time to launch! The balloon lifts off the ground effortlessly, and the enjoyable flight experience begins.
Floating up towards the clouds, the flight offers a breathtaking panoramic. With 45-60 minutes of flight time, you'll come away with treasured memories and stunning photographs.
When you come back down to earth, you return to the Canberra Hyatt to toast your adventure with a glass of chilled Champagne. There's no better way to round off the hot air ballooning experience.
