Downhill Biking and Wildlife Encounter

Enjoy the natural beauty of Adelaide while getting a workout as you pedal your mountain bike through the dirt paths of Mount Lofty.

We pick you up from a convenient location in Central Adelaide at 9 a.m. before dropping you off at the 710-metre high summit of Mount Lofty, the highest point in the Mount Lofty Ranges. Grab some stunning panoramas with your camera before you put on your gear. We provide a helmet, gloves, and an excellent mountain bike perfect for the trail.

Your award-winning bicycle guide leads your group on a short ride through Cleland Conservation Park, an essential area of bushland situated in the Adelaide Hills face zone.

See and pet the animals at the Cleland Wildlife Park. Get up close to a kangaroo, wallaby or even an emu. Take a break from your cycling and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and cakes in the bush.

When you’re ready, get back on your bike as we make our way through the rest of the Cleland Conservation Park. Keep an eye out for some cuddly koalas. After we exit the park, we cycle through Adelaide's beautiful suburban streets and gardens before ending our tour at Victoria Park at around 2 p.m.

All you need for this tour is some experience of riding a bicycle. It’s a great way to spend the morning: mountain biking and meeting the koalas!
