Mamma mia! Mothers and grandmothers are at the heart of Italian cuisine, making simple dishes renowned for a focus on fresh flavours. Now you and your daughter can learn how Nonna brings out the best in each ingredient at this cooking class for two.
With a little help from our experienced chef, learn to cook a traditional 4-course Italian meal, including Antipasto, Pasta, and Dessert, in a small, intimate class of no more than 12 fellow foodies. The simplicity of Italian cuisine requires the freshest ingredients. At this class, your ingredients include vegetables and produce sourced from local farmers and artisanal producers.
When you’ve prepared your vegetables, get your hands all floured up and start working on that dough to make smooth and tender pasta just like the Italians do. Knead, roll, cut and fill the pasta to create some delightful parcels of tortellini or ravioli.
After all your hard work in the kitchen, it’s time to sit down to enjoy the lunch you’ve made together. You’ll head home with a copy of our very own recipe book.
It’s a great way for your daughter to learn all about how food is made, so sign up now to make some culinary memories for mom and daughter.
