Sometimes you just need more time in a plane to enjoy the nostalgia it creates.  We're with you.  So jump into the legendary Boeing PT-17 Stearman and experience an extended, 30-minute flight.  More time to savour the unique smells and sounds.

The Boeing PT-17 Stearman was the ideal training aircraft for the United States Army Air Forces, the United States Navy and the Royal Canadian Air Force.

And this Stearman is no ordinary Stearman, it's a Super Stearman, a hot rod of the skies.

Modified with the Pratt and Whitney R-985 Radial engine, it produces 450hp, more than twice the power of the original standard Boeing Stearman.

You’ll be sitting in an open cockpit and you’ll feel the wind through your hair as you cruise at altitude over the Yarra Valley.  Kitted out in full regalia, you’ll feel every bit the part.

An expert pilot will take you through the aircraft before taking off from Lilydale Airport on your adventure across the Yarra Valley.  It’s an adventure into a bygone era and this one is super powerful.

This experience is affected by the weather. In the case of poor conditions, we will reschedule your experience for a later date.
