If someone came up to you and said, Do you want to fly a Tiger Moth? You’d think they were joking, right?

Wrong. It’s doable – very doable – and we can prove it because we have that very experience right here for you now!

We can give you 30 minutes behind the controls of your very own Tiger Moth biplane for an adventure flight that is…well…out of this world! Okay, maybe not exactly out of this world because you’ll be flying over the beautiful landscape that is Yarra Valley.

The out of this world bit is the fact you’ll be in the open cockpit flying a genuine 1930s vintage Moth with a fully qualified instructor showing you how to do it of course in the cockpit behind you.

If that is not the very definition of awesome, we don’t know what is.

So, if you have always wanted to know what it is like to fly a Tiger Moth, now’s your chance. Oh, and in case you’re wondering – yes you will get to wear all the old gear too – the leather flight jacket, goggles, helmet and scarf to look like a real 1930s pilot.

A dream come true? You betcha!

Jeremy is a relaxed host and these guys provide a pleasant down-to-earth experience. I enjoyed flying the plane they are pretty generous in this regard and the scenic area around Yarra Glen. Would recommend this.

Fly a Tiger Moth Yehring was a fantastic experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Jeremy the operator and pilot is a terrific guy, helpful and respectful and clearly loves what he does. The guidance about how to fly the Tiger Moth were clear and easily understood. Flying in an open cockpit, feeling the wind, hearing the sound of the engine, the sights, the vintage aircraft. everything about this flight was simply Magic. I'd do it again without hesitation.
