Climb into your flight suit and prepare to board a Pitts Special.
Securely strapped in, fasten your headphones, prepare for take-off, and listen in to the calls to and from air traffic control.
Once airborne, youll head west towards the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Over St Marys, youclimb to 3500 ft - 4000 ft. The aerobatics kick in with some basic manoeuvres.Loops, barrel rolls, wingovers, and hammerhead turns.
Your pilot may also treat you to some inverted flight.Flyupside down and into a hesitation roll - a four-point roll where you pause and fly straight ahead at each quarter turn!
After the basics, you move on to ever more excitingmanoeuvres. A Roll Off The Top - a half-loop followed by a half roll - and a Split S, the reverse of the Roll Off the Top - a half roll followed by a half loop. Cuban Eights follow this and reverse Cuban Eights, three-dimensional figure eights. Youll experience G forces of anywhere between positive 6G and negative 3G, alternatively being pushed into your seat or pulled hard against your harness.
After a couple of spins to shake things out, your pilot puts all the elements together into a thrilling sequence of the type used in competition.
Landing back at Bankstown,youll be hard-pressed to stop smiling for the rest of the day. It's an experience to remember for the rest of your life.

Allow approximately 30minutes of flight time plus 30 minutes at the venue.
The flight is available all year round between Thursday and Sunday.
Valid for one person.
Passengers are not permitted to carry anything with them on the flight. Passengers are not permitted to fly ifunder the influence of drugs or alcohol.
All passengers must be in good physical health and be under 190cm and 90kg in weight. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Military aircraft are built and tested to different standards than that put forward by CASA or any equivalent international civil aviation governing body. As such, in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Parts 132.140, 132.150 and 132.155;
- The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognised by CASA; and
- CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft used for regular public transport or charter operations; and
- The passenger agrees to participate in this flight at his or her own risk; and
- If it is reasonable to believe that a passenger cannot understand the safety briefing; said passenger must be accompanied on the flight by a parent, guardian, or carer; and
- A detailed briefing will be provided to the passenger before they board the aircraft. This will include signing a liability waiver and acknowledgment of the briefing. If the passenger is under 18 years of age the waiver and acknowledgment must be signed by a parent, or legal guardian.
