The Dolphin, Penguin and Sea Lion Adventure Cruise is undoubtedly an exciting 90 minute combination of adventure style cruising and wildlife viewing which starts with meeting Rockingham's renowned wild dolphins! The marine park hosts Logo, Boomerang, Blizzard and over 200 other local dolphins that we have come to know as friends.
You may see mothers looking after new born calves, learn how they use stingrays to catch their dinner or watch the boys showing off to impress the ladies. After experiencing some time together with the dolphins, our cruise returns through Shoalwater Bay for a close-up look at the islands and to reap the benefits of the best wildlife viewing programs of the day. Highlights include visiting the sea lions at Seal Island, the ospreys nest on Gull Rock and also the pelican rookery on Penguin Island plus regular sightings of over 16 species of other sea birds.
Your cruise wraps up on Penguin Island and includes your entry to the penguin feeding inside the Discovery Centre. You're then free to explore gorgeous Penguin Island at your discretion.
Enjoy white sandy seashores and secluded bays, great for swimming. You'll find colourful limestone reefs and sea grass meadows that provide some of the finest snorkeling opportunities in Perth. A network of wooden board walks and nature trails allow you to explore and take in the beautiful coastal scenery. You'll be surprised at how close they get to the sea birds which nest within metres from the board walk and still have no fear of people. There is also an ideal picnic area looking over a shallow protected beach that's ideal for children. When you have had enough, catch the return ferry of your liking at 1.10pm, 2.10pm, 3.10pm or 4pm.
