With friendly accredited instructors to hand, this 1 ½ hour stand up paddle board lesson will have you up and paddling in no time.
Begin by learning how to achieve a stand up position on a paddle board on the beautiful waters of Brunswick Heads near Byron Bay. It won’t be long before you’ve mastered it. Just be prepared to get wet and take a few dips.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way to build core strength, balance, endurance and confidence all whilst enjoying beautiful water views. People of all fitness levels are finding out just how fun SUPing is.
We guarantee to have you up and paddling within your first lesson, otherwise we’ll give you your money back - it’s that simple!
The lesson is 1.5 hours, Saturday and Sundays (7am until 7pm).

Participants must be able to swim at least 25 meters and have no major medical impairments. No one under 10 years of age is permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
