When you think you’ve seen it all in road racing, head to the countryside and see how it’s done off-road. This V8 Buggy experience lets you experience driving a vehicle built for speed on a dirt circuit near Ballarat for 20 laps, before your instructor takes you for a spin for 2 hot laps.
Get a briefing on safety and track conditions from your instructor before you put on your helmet and overalls. Then it’s time to strap yourself into the racing harness of your vehicle and take this buggy onto the track. Your instructor is in the passenger seat as you familiarise yourself with the unique handling characteristics of this V8 race buggy.
Listen to the growl of that Toyota Lexus V8 engine as you take the straights and drift through the tightest corners of the circuit. Your instructor will help you improve your timing with each lap.
It’s noisy and dusty and you’ll be wanting more but take a break after 20 laps. Your instructor will demonstrate how the professionals do it as you sit back for 2 hot laps at breakneck speed.
For some unique motoring memories come on down to the track and get in a V8 Race Buggy!
