Reiki is an ancient healing technique from Japan and China. It involves adjusting the vital energies of our bodies, helping us achieve wellness by restoring the harmonies between the various energies in our bodies. Your therapist will arrive at your home or office with all the necessary equipment to create the right environment for you to experience the therapy.
Before commencing the session, your therapist briefs you on the treatment and asks some clarifying questions. Then, with a calm, understanding approach full of empathy, your therapist uses their hands to help re-align the energies in your body. You remain fully clothed. Light and non-intrusive touching is the art of Reiki.
At the end of the luxurious 60-minute session, you can feel more relaxed as the balance of your mind, body and spirit is restored, and negative thoughts or emotions are banished.
Your Reiki lasts for one hour.
