I hadn't heard of Thrill Experiences before but it was an amazing gift that came with an amazing service. My massage was a fantastic surprise to have received it this way and the actual product was amazing and relaxing on so many levels.I have no hesitation in organising another gift like this for many of my friends in the future.It was easy to organise the appointment and make changes. THE ONLY issue I would make is if I was cancelling my appointment after it was concirmed I would be charged with a $5 fee. I think if I was rescheduling it and gave plenty of notice like 3 days there should be no charge. Espcially with covid and last minute sicknesses it makes it very hard to make arrangements... just a thought ...$5 is not much however if there is plenty of time to change and refil that appointment with someone else the $5 should be eliminated.
