Imagine padding alongside the fantastic sea life, surrounded by enormous granite cliffs, sandy beaches and hidden sea caves. With zero cars and roads in sight, you can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.
Join us at Woolamai Waters foreshore for safety gear and briefing. After some essential paddling practice, it's time to begin our adventure.
Our first stop is a sandy bay, where you'll be treated to stunning views of San Remo and Kilcunda perfect for capturing memories. We continue to kayak towards Cape Woolamai, you'll be amazed by the substantial granite cliffs reminiscent of Wilson's Promontory landscape. An absolute highlight of the tour is our paddle into a vast sea cave. Imagine winding around small rock islands, enjoying the scenery and landscape, all while getting up close and personal with pelicans, pacific gulls, seals, sea eagles and cormorants.
Lunch is a well-deserved break on the beach at the former quarry. Enjoy gourmet rolls, drinks, fruit, biscuits, and a dip in the ocean, or explore the area the choice is yours. Recharged and ready, we paddle back to Woolamai Waters foreshore, where your sea kayak tour concludes.
The tour commences at 9.15 am and completes at 3.00 pm.
Tours operate on Saturdays, subject to demand. Our busiest times include the hotter months between October - April.
Valid for one person. There will be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 people on the trip.
Lunch is provided as part of your tour. You'll be required to sign an indemnity form and complete a medical questionnaire prior to participating in the experience.
You must be at least 14 years of age and have a reasonable level of fitness. You must be confident in and around water and be able to swim at least 50m.Not suitable if you have a bad back, broken bones, wrist or shoulder injuries.
