Fancy doing something with a bit more adventure on your days off? It's fun, outdoors with nature, active and the perfect way to enjoy the Gold Coast from Tallebudgera Creek and out to David Fleay's Wildlife Park.
Your experience starts with a safety briefing and an introduction to kayaking handling techniques from your expert instructor. Then you'll venture out into the water in a comfortable, top class kayak up the tranquil waters of Tallebudgera Creek towards the legendary David Fleay’s Wildlife Park.
Sit on top of a stable kayak with comfy seats and get up close with nature. Explore the Creek, stopping along the way to learn how to catch the local fish and go yabbie pumping.
No experience is necessary and with an experienced guide to show the way, this is the perfect way for the family to unwind and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
At David Fleay’s Wildlife Park you get to see koalas, crocs and platypus. There’s morning tea on the beach and wind conditions permitting, even a chance to learn how to throw a boomerang.
Kayaks, water and equipment are all supplied.
This is a full morning session starting at 7am and finishing approximately 12pm.
The experience is available on selected dates throughout the year. Check availability for full details.
Valid for a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 5 and 16 inclusive.
