Know your tamper from your grinder?

Set in a purpose-built training room we'll have you producing the perfect coffee in 3 hours of intensive instruction.  Theory and hands on using the most up to date equipment, you'll learn all there is to know in the world of the barista.

And it's all led by some of Australia's leading coffee professionals and trainers.  So good is the training that you'll get a RTO Statement of Attainment competency with some special numbers like SITHFAB005 and SITXFSA001. 

For both home users and commercials baristas alike, this course focuses on hands-on experience with unlimited milk and coffee available.  It's no cruisy, froth and giggles course, this course is not one to scratch the surface.  It's designed as an intensive experience culminating in a nationally recognised certificate.

You get your own part of the espresso machine to work on and your own grinder.  You'll learn espresso using the national framework whilst retaining the Italian espresso roots.

This experience is conducted indoors and is not weather dependent.

The experience is for 3 hours

The experience is available all year round, however you should allow between 3 and 4 weeks notice for a booking as places can quickly fill up.

You can drink as much coffee as you like on the day

We have had people as young as 9 attend our courses and as old as 85
