Departing from the airport your pilot flies high over Phillip Island taking in the spectacular views of Westernport Bay and French Island.
Dine for lunch on the famously fresh Flinders Island seafood complimented with a glass of wine. The seafood platter includes your choice of Flake, Swordfish, Salmon and Barramundi. This is served with a selection of seafood including Queensland king prawns, scallops, calamari, smoked salmon, mussels with napoli and fresh Tasmanian oysters, salad and fries.
Looking out from your window seat, you can take in the spectacular views of Westernport bay and French Island. There's also a unique opportunity to take a private tour two. Live crayfish are located onsite (subject to availability), harvested by local fisherman. The fresh crayfish are transported by aircraft before being placed straight into the monitored crayfish tanks.
After you’ve enjoyed your lunch, board your helicopter for the scenic flight back to base.

After a briefing, you can expect to be in the air approximately 25 minutes. Allow 3 hours for the entire experience. You receive a briefing prior to the flight.
